The one-time $99 fee grants a single deal profile. The service is fulfilled when we facilitate a secure, opt-in conference call introduction between you and the listing broker. If no match is found within 90 days, the profile expires, and significant changes to your Buy-Box criteria require a new profile. We cannot guarantee a match, an introduction, or a deal result, and the fee is non-refundable except for a technical failure to activate your profile.
